Stephen very kindly thought of me when an acquaintance of his mentioned they wanted to purchase a home using the funds from a reverse loan. I haven't seen Valerie in quite some time, but she and I remain connected professionally and recently she referred me to someone who's grandparent had passed away and had a reverse mortgage on her home. The family was confused and had no idea as to what they needed to do to repay the loan off.
