I haven't seen Valerie in quite some time, but she and I remain connected professionally and recently she referred me to someone who's grandparent had passed away and had a reverse mortgage on her home. The family was confused and had no idea as to what they needed to do to repay the loan off. I instructed the granddaughter as to what steps were to be done and reassured her the family had up to one year to pay it off. Thank you Valerie for keeping me in mind for all things "reverse".
