In the last few years when we have had major brush and forest fires in California, many people ended up having their Homeowners insurance cancelled by their carriers. I managed to get by for a year and a half, and then it happened to me, too. Stephen is a skilled Attorney in Real Estate contracts and loan documents, and he always seems very busy.
