I haven't seen Valerie in quite some time, but she and I remain connected professionally and recently she referred me to someone who's grandparent had passed away and had a reverse mortgage on her home. The family was confused and had no idea as to what they needed to do to repay the loan off. I instructed the granddaughter as to what steps were to be done and reassured her the family had up to one year to pay it off. Thank you Valerie for keeping me in mind for all things "reverse".
Thank you, Mike, for referring me to your friend and former business associate who asked you for reverse loan information. I provided her with information for a reverse loan based upon her home's value and her age, and she could definitely and financially benefit from using a reverse loan for additional funds.
When I initially joined All Cities several years, ago Marty of Marcum LLP, trusted me enough to send me my first referral as a new member. And recently, he referred me to another person for a reverse loan scenario quote. I really appreciate our friendship and the trust he has in me to assist his friends or clients.
I would like to thank Howard Blum. B-L-U-M is the “best lawyer uncovering money.” Howard recently reached out asking me to represent one of his clients at an in person Superior Court hearing in Orange County since Howard had a conflicting appearance elsewhere. While Howard and I are both litigating attorneys, we frequently consult with each other to take advantage of our knowledge and expertise in different areas. Working with other attorneys and other professionals in All Cities is a fantastic benefit of the Group.
I would like to thank Steve Lavaeddin at City National Bank. As Branch Manager at CNB's Santa Monica Office, Steve spearheads an excellent group of business relationship managers. Steve referred one of his team members who then reached out to introduce me to one of the Bank's customers with regard to a very interesting controversy in the entertainment space.
When reviewing the tax returns of a new client we noticed some numbers that did not seem to "Add Up". After the client sent a few years tax returns to Stacy Benda she made us aware of several large errors, and also provided a solution. THANK YOU Stacy for being an awesome resource for us an our clients.
I would like to thank business coach Jay McDowell of Exit Plan OC for referring his entrepreneurial client to me, who is looking to open her own salon and is interested in getting an SBA working capital loan. She is lucky to have you guiding her, Jay, and I look forward to working with her in the future!
I would like to thank Stacy Benda of Apollonian Accounting and Business Services, for thinking of me when a Needs & Deals came through the All Cities email blast recently (which for some reason didn't make it to my in-box that day). It was from fellow AC member Jay McDowell of Exit Plan OC, who had a client in need of an SBA working capital loan. Stacy, thanks so much for emailing Jay and me! This is the beauty of All Cities. You always have an extra set of eyes and ears looking out for you!
Thank you, Carrie, for presenting at the Women's Group today. Carrie talked about how to read a financial statement, trends to watch, and how to use this information to improve your business. The group was so interested that we went beyond the allotted time. Great talk!
I would like to thank Eddie Levin for a great job finding home insurance for a friend and neighbor when her existing carrier was no longer offering coverage. Eddie also recently helped our daughter and her husband with home insurance when they purchased a new home. Eddie is very responsive and finds his clients the best options.
