Thank you to Howard Blum for helping me determine the feasibility of seeking damages against a former colleague. This former colleague had been conducting side deals with a number of my first clients with US Vet Wealth. He traded on the credibility of our name and our story to convince these clients to fork over large sums for services that were never rendered. Howard was more than generous with his time in helping me determine the proper course of action in ensuring that I took appropriate steps to prevent this guy from contacting other clients of mine.

Thank you to Gary Minkin for taking the time to help educate me on a tax efficient premium financing strategy for those clients with large insurance needs who lack the requisite liquidity to self-fund high premium Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT's). He also took some time to help me modernize some of my marketing materials. It is a testament to both his expertise and his correct understanding that success is not a zero-sum game.

Thank you to Stephen Strocker of AFLAC! Last year he went out of his way to help me set up two policies with AFLAC (which pays YOU in case of life-altering health events). One of the benefits is that they also pay you to take care of yourself. In spite of the fact that I don't have to pay for my well-woman annual exams/screenings, AFLAC pays me bonuses for doing the screenings. Stephen was also wonderful in helping me set up my online account so I could apply for the bonuses.

I have had the great pleasure to work with Lorraine Jones over the past 2 years and aside from being the most knowledgeable in Reverse Mortgages she has proven over and over to be one of the most thoughtful and caring person that I have had the opportunity to work with. We recently worked together in representing a handicapped woman wherein Lorraine selected me to sell her home in Redondo Beach and upon that sale Lorraine would provide a Reverse Mortgage for her to purchase a new condominium. I represented this woman on both the sale and the purchase. Lorraine handled the purchase of the condominium utilizing a Reverse Mortgage. This new loan went through easily and quickly within 30 days specifically because of Lorraine's knowledge and her highly skilled support team. The follow-up and communication between everyone was remarkable and so appreciated. It also became apparent to me from the start that the most important person in this transaction was always the client.
